The 2017 Provisional Development Order for Kingston and St. Andrew has resulted in the proliferation of high-rise development across the municipality, but is this new density grounded in a realistic understanding of existing and projected water resources? Can our current infrastructure support buildings with such high densities and how do we plan for a water-secure Kingston?
