About

Registration is now open for the final conversation in our Caribbean Women in Architecture series.

Alyssa-Amor is an Architeer - a multidisciplinary designer of environmentally conscious, energy-efficient, and resilient architecture that reflects a deep reverence for nature and our interconnectedness with the world in which we live. She designs with the belief that in our pursuit of one of the most basic human rights - the right to shelter- it is our role as designers to do so whilst stepping as lightly and as respectfully across our physical and cultural landscapes as we can.

The Women in Architecture Lecture Series is a collaboration between Island City Lab and the Caribbean Architecture Students Association. Our goal is to highlight the contributions of Caribbean women to the practice of architecture and to the built environment of island nations.
